1. Upon completing the registration form, you will be redirected to our confirmation page.  Here, you will be able to select PayPal for online payments.  Our seemless Paypal payment process does NOT require a login/account to be created.  Paypal accepts all Major Credit and Debit Cards.


2. Educational/Professional organizations who would like to bulk-register their employees can send an inquiry through our Contact page, or send a direct email to webmaster@ksa4pt.org for assistance.  To further ease the process we will be updating our Paper Registration (pending updates) form for your staff.  Print as many as you like, just don't miss the deadline.

John Paul Lilly
MS, LCSW, RPT/S  

John Paul Lilly MS, LCSW, RPT/S  is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with an emphasis in working with children. He is presently in private practice as a full partner with Sierra Counseling Associates, Inc. where he has been in private practice for twenty-eight years.  JP is a past member of the Board of Directors for the International Association for Play Therapy, Inc. and that organization's Past President (1997-2000). JP is also the Founder and past National President of Bikers Against Child Abuse Inc., a non-profit organization incorporated to provide aid and comfort to abused children. He currently serves on the International Executive Board of Directors for B.A.C.A., Inc. 

JP received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 1982. He then received a Masters of Social Work (MSW), and a Masters of Science (MS) in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1985 from Brigham Young University. JP has completed specific training in all aspects of play therapy, art therapy, and in utilizing therapeutic metaphors with children. JP is recognized by the Association for Play Therapy as a Registered Play Therapist/Supervisor (1993 to present), and the International Board of Examiners of Certified Play Therapists as a Certified Play Therapist/Supervisor and Certified Child Psychotherapist/Supervisor (1996). JP was part-time faculty in the graduate schools of Clinical Psychology, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapy at Brigham Young University from 1993-2010 where he taught classes on Play Therapy. JP conducts supervision for licensed clinical professionals desiring to become Registered Play Therapists.

JP presents at numerous workshops and trainings yearly as the featured presenter on Jungian Analytical Play Therapy, Art Work, Therapeutic Metaphors, and all aspects of therapy with children. JP is published in the Journal of Mind and Behavior, and the International Journal of Play Therapy. He has also authored chapters in two compilation books, and been asked to endorse other books. JP presents and trains professionals nationally and internationally on Play Therapy, and has presented at the annual Association for Play Therapy International Conference more than a twenty times.

The Schedule

Public Definition:   Play Therapy is a form of counseling (or psychotherapy) by which licensed mental health professionals use play-based models and techniques to better communicate with and help clients, especially children, achieve optimal mental health.

CEU’s will ONLY be given for time attended.  NO exceptions…sign in and sign out sheets will be available in the morning, before and after lunch, and at the end of the day.  All CEU’s will reflect the time on the sign in and sign out sheets.

Cancellation/Refund Policy


1. If a participant withdraws from the conference 30 Calendar days or more before the 1st Day of the event, the participant will receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee.   An email must be sent to and received by our Conference Chair, in order to receive the refund. The withdraw email request must be received prior to the stated deadline above.

2. If a participant withdraws from the Conference Event inside a 30 day window of the 1st Day of the Conference Event, the registrant will receive a partial refund (half of the original fee paid), minus a $20 processing fee.


3.  Unless otherwise stated, no other refunds or reimbursements are allowed.  No exceptions granted.  Once the Annual Conference Event begins, no other reimbursements or refunds will be warranted.


4. Individual Hotel Room rate refunds reside with the Venue or Hotel Policy, and is an individual responsibility of the attendant.  KSA4PT, it's Board Members, & Officers, are not responsible for mediating refunds with any venue for our events.


** If a paid participant needs to withdraw from the Annual Conference or speaker series; they can elect to "donate" their paid registration to students on the KSA4PT scholarship list or another professional individual.
